Ti Squared set out to interview many different companies before settling on the one they thought would provide the best services for them. They met with Jimco and discussed all of the qualifications needed in order to meet the company's needs, ensuring they'd have everything they need from A-Z. Jimco was an excellent decision by Ti Squared because they're capable of providing quality construction services from start to finish including electricity and lighting which will take care of Ti Square's problems quickly and efficiently.

Project Highlights

• Create a photometric layout
• Survey of the facility to ensure proper lighting/lumination based on Energy Trust guidelines
• Design and engineer all portions of electrical work to meet National Electrical Code, Oregon Electrical Specialty Code, Underwriters Laboratories Inc. and National Fire Protection Association
• Coordinate all electrical protective devices and perform arc-flash analysis for entire site
• Electrical equipment labeling with arc-flash calculations and intuitive labeling scheme
• Utility coordination, owner coordination, energy incentive savings and permitting
• Value engineering and betterment with proactive continual evaluation will be provided to
• improve asset performance
• Temporary power as needed for all trades on site
• Furnish and install all electrical materials, fixtures and accessory items required for a complete
• installation. Work includes power, lighting, exit & emergency lights, equipment connection, voice and data drops, general purpose receptacles and welding receptacles
• Electrical service and raceways for fire alarm system
